Moose Journal is Moose Knuckles' integrated internal communications system. An internal CRM platform to communicate all digital and in-store activities of the brand globally. The platform has been developed and maintained with the aim of creating an internal company community that informs the various global departments of the in-store marketing, digital PR, press and social media coverage activities that have been carried out.

Project development with A Wolves Agency

An ad-hoc CRM for MK shop customers was also realised, an integrated system for communicating offers, instore activities, customisations and new openings. A mapping within the company's digital retail world, the creative and technological maintenance of the CRM platform, as well as the various graphic applications within the global stores, was followed throughout the seasons to give visual continuity between digital and physical instore communication
